Charity Coffee Morning Sucess

Midland Bluebird is delighted with the success of their recent coffee morning which raised over £2,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The coffee morning, held at the Larbert bus depot, was a huge hit with staff as they came in to start their shift. Staff across the McGill’s Group donated breakfast items, home baking and raffle prizes to help the team raise money for the charity, which supports people living with cancer and their families.

The fundraising initiative was organised by Stuart Sinclair, Depot Operations Manager, and Ruth Forrest, Depot Administrator. They worked tirelessly, alongside team members, to organise the charity event.

Stuart said: “We're delighted to have raised so much. Everyone at Midland Bluebird is always keen to support this fantastic charity and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of all our colleagues who came along the coffee morning and help make it a success.”
